LPS has specialized in correction stationery for 29 years, committed to the concept of "stable correction." With strong technical expertise, LPS ensures every correction tape is usable down to the last centimeter, delivering true stability.

Why micro-scale stationery requires specialized production environments, custom polymer blends, and high-precision torque calculation.
In traditional 30-meter tapes, high gear torque compensates for tape friction. In Mini Formats (5mm*6m or 5mm*8m), gear friction must be reduced by 64%. LPS factories utilize specialized polyoxymethylene (POM) micro-gears with dual tension springs to ensure smooth tape payout down to the final 1cm.
Standard paper-backed correction tapes shear easily under micro-applicator pressure. LPS Mini Format factories use ultra-thin, high-tensile 12-micron Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) film, coated with solvent-free, eco-friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres instantly to standard gel ink and 0.5mm ballpoint pen strokes.
Mini format pen-style correction tools (such as T-9760 & T-9190) require push-button housing structures that seal the tape tip inside an airtight shield when idle. This prevents dust accumulation, drying out, and accidental unraveling inside pencil cases.
